The big change to combat is the addition of team battles where you are fighting with one either Catwoman, Robin, or Nightwing and can switch back and forth freely between the two. Combat and predator mode are what have made this series shine for me and neither of those have changed too much. The gameplay can be divided into three different aspects: combat, predator mode, and Batmobile. (Arkham Origins is worth playing as well, but not really necessary for story purposes). And if you haven't played those two games, then definitely try and play them before you play Arkham Knight or you will have trouble following the story. If you've played those and enjoyed those you'll have a lot of fun with this game.
